DJI is pleased to announce that the new Osmo FlexiMic will be made available free of charge for all Osmo owners from January 29th as a sign of our appreciation on the occasion of DJI’s 10th anniversary. This new plug-in microphone will offer users of our handheld, stabilized 4K camera and gimbal system an even more powerful experience, taking them one step further towards professional-level filmmaking.

There are several ways for Osmo users to get their free FlexiMic. It will be included together with all new Osmos, from Jan. 29. If anyone receives an Osmo without an included FlexiMic, or if they purchased an Osmo before Jan. 29 without a microphone, we’re offering several ways to easily get one from the beginning of March:

1. Customers who bought their DJI Osmo in our Online Store or at our Shanghai Airport store, will receive an email with a coupon code, which can be redeemed for a free FlexiMic at the Official DJI Online Store. If you don’t receive a coupon, please contact onlinesales@DJI.com.

2. For those that purchased their DJI Osmo from an affiliate website, please contact the affiliate in question for a coupon code to use in the Official DJI Online Store.

3. If a user has purchased their Osmo from an Authorized DJI Dealer, they can receive their FlexiMic by contacting the dealer. For any questions, please contact sales@DJI.com.

4. For Osmos purchased at the DJI Flagship Store, the unit serial number makes the customer eligible for a free FlexiMic for pickup at the store, or to be shipped within China by first contacting DJI by sending an email to store.sz@DJI.com.

Sony Aplha a6300 is Now Available for Order

The SonyAlpha a6000 is rank as the number 1 Best Selling Mirrorless Digital Cameras in the world, Amazon report that it has been their best seller for two year consecutively like-wise B&H.

The little compact interchangeable lens camera is extremely powerful and capable for its small size, often producing some of the most stunning images that rival cameras system two to three times its size an weight and 5-10 times its price.

Sony wasn’t satisfy with just having the Best Selling Mirrorless interchangeable lens Digital Cameras on the market, so they had to make a refresh in the form of the brand new Alpha a6300 in which Sony basically took all of the a6000’s strengths tweak them up by 37-41% fix all of its major weaknesses and then took all of the things that made the a7rMii and a7sMii great and crammed them into this little body.

The Sony α6300 is equipped with a newly developed 24.2MP (unique to the a6300) APS-C sized Exmor CMOS sensor that works together with the BIONZ X image processing engine to produce outstanding image quality throughout the entire ISO sensitivity range ISO 100 – 51200. It can also  offers internal 4K movie recording in Super 35mm format. When shooting in 4K, the camera uses full pixel readout without pixel binning to collect 20 megapixels of information – approximately 2.4x as many pixels as 4K UHD (6K equivalent) and then oversamples the information to produce high quality footage with exceptional detail and depth. It also includes the ability to record Full HD at 120 fps at 100 Mbps, another first for α interchangeable lens cameras with APS-C sized sensors.

The body is made of a magnesium-alloy and is sealed against dust and moisture. As with most Sony cameras these days, the a6300 has onboard Wi-Fi with NFC.
